Museum Schedule

Welcome to Авио База Ланкэстер (Avio Baza Lancaster — Lancaster Air Base), a little Soviet Air Base located just outside Dallas, Texas!

The museum is open Saturdays from 10am to 4pm and by appointment. Please see the contact page to arrange tours for schools and other larger groups.

The museum is located on Lancaster Airport at 850 Ferris Road, Lancaster TX (click for a Google Map and directions), just 20 minutes south of Dallas.

Driving south from Belt Line Road, the airport entrances will be on your left. The first entrance goes to the Commemorative Air Force museum and the second is the main entrance to the airport. There is parking at both entrances.

The 'Runway Cafe' is open Tuesday through Sunday, breakfast through 3pm and serves a complete menu. If you're going to tour one museum, have lunch at the cafe and then tour the other museum, plan for about a two to three hour visit.
